Phase I - Consultation

Based on the information you provided on the online quote request, we will be able to determine your web design needs. If we have any questions we will contact you for clarification.

Once we have a full understanding of what your requirements are, we will discuss with you the project details, including additional items that may need to be provided by you, the project timeline and cost.

We will then provide you with a written estimate and website design contract for you to review, sign and return to us with a 50% deposit.

Once we have received your signed documents and deposit, we will contact you with the project start date. Domain name registration and website hosting will be set up at this time.

Phase II - Design/Development

During this phase, we will begin laying out the page design. We will provide you with several design options to choose from and once you have selected a design, we will begin programming your website.

You will be given a link to your site on our testing area. Here you will be able to view your site as it will look once live. We will continue to consult with you as needed.

Phase III - Testing

During the testing phase, your site is fully tested for functionality, browser compatibility, and compliance. We will make sure all forms are functioning properly, there are no deadlinks, missing alt tags, or spelling errors.

Phase IV - Completion

You will be notified when your project is complete. We will mail you a project completion form and maintenance agreement for you to review, sign and returm with your final payment. Once we have received your signed documents and final payment, your site will be uploaded to your pre-registered domain.

Once we have received your signed documents and final payment, all necessary files are moved to your domain/hosting area.
